A small, independent laneway bar, one minute from Wynyard. We’re looking for an experienced bartender who can confidently run our Thursday after-work shift.

Friendly, proactive service is essential. You’ll enjoy starting conversations, getting to know regulars and making current customers feel comfortable. You’ll notice when someone needs a recommendation or another drink, rather than waiting to be asked.

You’ll need:

- A warm, engaging manner and confidence initiating conversation
- The ability to read the room — knowing when to chat and when to give guests space
- Confidence recommending drinks and encouraging another round without being pushy
- Previous bar experience, including beer, wine and classic cocktails
- Clean, organised working habits and the ability to work independently
- A current NSW RSA
- Willingness to prepare simple bar snacks; training provided

Regular Thursday shift: 4–8pm. Ideal for someone seeking a consistent extra shift with an early finish.
