Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Paxton. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.
What you will do
Coach each client one-to-one. Work within our coaching and administration processes. Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Talk current enquiries through how the training works.
To be considered
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Availability needed
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
What it pays
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top.
Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
