Are you passionate about helping others live independently? We are looking for qualified, educated, and experienced staff who can confidently provide client-specific personal care within their scope and training.

Key responsibilities include:

- Personal care including showering, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Mobility and transfers in accordance with the client's care plan and training.
- Meal preparation and assistance with eating and drinking where required.
- Companionship and emotional support.
- Supporting independence, dignity, and choice.
- Following individual care plans.
- Reporting changes in health, wellbeing, or circumstances.
- Accurate documentation and communication with the care team.
- Infection control, WHS, privacy and safeguarding requirements.
- Working collaboratively with clients, families, and the wider care team.

Do You Meet These Minimum Requirements?

- Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Minimum 6+ months industry experience
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support.
- Current Federal Police Check within last 12 months
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate within last 12 months
- Valid Australian Work Rights.
- Able to use a Smartphone with Internet access.
- Reliable, registered and comprehensive insured vehicle.

A Day in the Life

As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll:

- Provide domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
- Deliver personal care (showering, toileting, medication support)
- Offer social support and companionship to brighten clients’ days
- Assist with transportation to appointments, shopping, and community activities
