About the Role

The Customer Service role is focused on building relationships, coordinating orders, solving problems, and working closely with internal teams such as Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, and Warehousing to ensure customers receive an exceptional experience. This is not a call centre role.

Responsibilities:

- Manage customer orders and enquiries from receipt through to completion.
- Act as a key point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales teams to support customer requirements.




- Provide customers with timely updates regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.
- Support pricing, customer records, and order data management within company systems.
- Assist with the resolution of customer issues and enquiries.
- Support service quality improvement using customer feedback to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with implementation of SAP

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or related field (not in a call centre).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. SAP experience is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Highly patient and empathetic.
- Detail-oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification preferred.

Work Location: In person

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
