About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Brisbane’s northside, particularly Morayfield, and Bracken Ridge. Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, mental health conditions, or complex physical and cognitive needs is highly regarded.

Qualifications & Experience

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability, or relevant qualifications preferred but not essential.
- Experience in disability support, including mental health, psychosocial disabilities, or complex support needs.
- Practical experience in manual handling, hoisting, and mobility assistance.
- Medication administration experience and ability to follow individual medication plans.
- Strong communication, patience, and the ability to provide calm, person-centred support.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check required before commencement.
- Availability for at least 2–3 shifts per week, including nights and sleepovers.
- Open driver’s licence and reliable transport.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support with daily living, community access, and independence.




- Support participants with psychosocial, emotional, physical, and communication needs.
- Assist with medication, mobility, and transfers according to individual support plans and training.
- Maintain accurate progress notes, records, and incident reports.
- Follow prescribed mealtime management plans and Positive Behaviour Support strategies where required.
- Adhere to safe work procedures and the NDIS Code of Conduct.

Pay: $36.81 – $60.00 per hour
