Infinet Service Logistics is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our Perth team. The successful candidate will provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance for laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals and other ICT equipment across commercial and enterprise customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve onsite hardware faults across a range of IT equipment.
Install, configure and replace laptops, desktops, monitors and peripherals.
Perform equipment installations, upgrades, replacements and hardware swaps.
Manage spare parts and vehicle stock efficiently.
Maintain accurate service reports and technical documentation.
Meet customer service-level agreements (SLAs), including 2-hour, 4-hour and Next Business Day response requirements.
Deliver skilled technical support and excellent customer service.
About You
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in IT field services, desktop support or hardware break/fix environments.
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service workload.
Current Australian driver’s licence.
Full working rights in Australia.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Experience repairing and maintaining laptops and desktop computers.
Familiarity with enterprise IT support environments.
Relevant IT qualifications or technical training.
