About us
L’épi is a French artisan bakery. We opened 4 years ago and now have 3 shops across Canberra. We bake real sourdough and pastries every day, and we take our coffee just as seriously.
The role
We’re looking for a skilled, friendly Barista for our Chisholm shop. You’ll be the face of our morning rush.
- Make consistent, high-quality coffees
- Look after your coffee station: dialling in, cleaning, and machine care
- Give warm, quick service at the counter
- Help with front-of-house tasks during quieter times
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
About you
- At least 1 year of barista experience in a busy café
- Confident with milk texturing and latte art
- Calm,
positive and a team player
- Available early mornings and weekends
- Full working rights in Australia
