We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Avoca. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.
What we are looking for
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
Availability
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Day to day
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Pay rates
Casual role,
paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
