About the role

Bar Kokomo is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated Bar Manager to join our team. You will be a robust leader who can manage daily bar operations, lead a team, and ensure customers receive outstanding service in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage bar staff
- Manage staff rosters, shift allocations, and attendance
- Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and place supplier orders
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and compliance with relevant NT liquor licensing requirements
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and workplace safety standards
- Monitor sales, control costs, and minimize wastage
- Assist with promotions, events, and strategies to improve business performance

About you

- Previous experience working in cocktail bar or bar management
- Strong leadership,



communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of bar operations, stock control, and staff management
- Current NT RSA certification, or willingness to obtain it as required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A positive attitude and reliability

Pay: $34.00 – $39.00 per hour
