Assistant Store Manager - Luxury Sleepwear

The title is ASM. The opportunity is huge. Big goals, real rewards and a team that backs you all the way.

Picture this. Ideas that get actioned. Results that get rewarded. Freedom to lead, with real support behind you. That's leading with us.

Papinelle is an Australian brand now in the US, UK and UAE, making beautiful, ethically sourced sleepwear in natural fibres.

What's in it for you:

- Great pay. We pay for great leaders, not just the job title.
- A bonus scheme with real upside. When the store wins, you win.
- Direct mentorship from our Head Office Team. You'll spend several days a week side by side with them, the kind of development most retailers never offer.
- Explicit progression opportunities. We're growing, and we promote from within.
- Real ownership. It's your store, your team and your results, with the influence to match.
- A voice that counts. In a smaller business your ideas don't disappear, they happen.
- Great people. A creative,

supportive team where you can be yourself.
- A life outside work. Full-time, 38 hours, with rosters set in advance and weekends shared on rotation.
- Free work wardrobe + 60% off Papinelle. The softest silk, cotton and modal, for work and for home.

You're our person if you:

- Drive results alongside your team
- Lead from the floor and set the standard
- Love coaching people to be their best
- Know that great service and great numbers go together
- Can work rotating weekends, late nights and peak periods

One role. One store. The right leader. Is it you? Interviews start this week.
