About the role:

- Flexible working: have the autonomy to work how works best for you, whether that's paperwork from home or in the clinic
- Supportive onboarding: gradual KPI ramp up over 90-days supplemented with regular mentorship and clients planned for you

- Caseload: common presentations include speech sounds, language development, social communication, fluency and ASD/ADHD
- PD built around you: uncapped PD allowance coupled with regular PD events to support your continued growth as a clinician
- Supervision: regular 1-1 and group supervision with a senior clinician and across disciplines, promoting a holistic approach to client outcomes
- Realistic billables: KPIs are discussed at interview stage to ensure expectations are crystal clear and burnout is proactively prevented from even before day one
- Variety in your work: mix of in-clinic,



school and community clients both 1-1 and in groups to mitigate any therapy fatigue. You can schedule your clients as works best for you e.g. all community in one day, all school in one day etc.

About you:

- Registered with SPA as a CPSP
- Previous experience working with children & families
- Passionate and creative practitioner who thrives on meeting clients where they're at and tailoring your approach to provide client-centred care
- Driven and proactive with a thirst for continued growth and development, no matter where you are in your career!
