About the role
Run one residential community in Sydney’s inner south and become the trusted onsite contact for residents, owners and contractors. Use your property management experience across leasing, inspections, compliance and daily operations.
Duties
- Run daily building operations, presentation and resident experience
- Manage leasing, inspections, applications and resident move-ins
- Provide building management inspections and liaise with contractors
- Maintain fire safety, compliance, WHS records and registers
- Resolve resident enquiries and report operational issues early
Skills & experience
- Residential property management or building management experience
- Leasing, inspections and tenancy application experience
- Strong resident, owner and contractor communication skills
- NSW Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
- Full time work rights and satisfactory Police Check
