This employer is a highly regarded Occupational Hygiene and Environmental consulting business based in the Inner Sydney suburbs. Business has been booming and they have a huge pipeline of work ongoing. As such they are going through a solid growth phase and now looking to hire two professionals to join their team.
The roles will initially be focused on carrying out building assessments/surveys for asbestos and other hazardous materials…as they have a ton of that work lined up. However, moving forward you will be doing or getting trained to do the following:
- Friable and non-friable Asbestos air monitoring; (PTA) fibre counting laboratory analysis; issue clearance certificates.
- Conduct building assessments for designated substances and other hazardous materials, including but not limited to asbestos, lead and mould.
- Investigation,
management and monitoring of contaminated sites.
- Hazardous building material surveying, sampling and report writing.
- Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning and Indoor air quality Inspections and air monitoring.
- Technical report preparation.
