Opportunity:
A dental practice in Perth’s northern suburbs is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to take care of the front desk.

With several dentists treating patients of all ages across general, cosmetic, implant and sleep dentistry, bookings, enquiries and payment conversations are a constant part of the day. A skilled receptionist makes all of it feel easy for patients, and that is exactly what this role is about.

The practice is open to flexible days and will work around the right person. If you want genuine responsibility, plenty of variety and room to build your skills, this is a strong fit.

About You:
You are an experienced Dental Receptionist with a solid track record at the front desk of a dental or allied health practice. You are friendly, dependable and comfortable managing a busy phone line,



a full waiting room and a changing appointment book at the same time.

Dental reception experience is required. Confidence explaining treatment costs and payment options would be viewed favourably.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome patients and manage check in and check out
- Answer calls and enquiries, and book appointments accurately
- Handle payments, health fund claims and payment plan arrangements
- Keep the schedule running smoothly for multiple dentists
- Contribute to a positive, professional team environment

Location:
The practice sits in Perth’s northern coastal suburbs, around 20 kilometres from the CBD. The Mitchell Freeway is close by, and bus services connect to the nearby train stations, so getting to work is easy whether you drive or take public transport.
