About the Rolen
Positive Price Pharmacy Warehouse Robina is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistants to join our team. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available for people who enjoy helping others, thrive in a busy retail environment and are passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Whether you have previous pharmacy experience or a solid retail background and are eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilitiesn
n
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service and create a positive customer experience.
n
- Assist customers with locating products and provide general product information within your scope of training.
n
- Support pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team with day-to-day operations.
n
- Replenish shelves, unpack deliveries and maintain accurate stock presentation.
n
- Assist with stock control, merchandising and promotional displays.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming pharmacy environment.
n
- Follow pharmacy procedures, workplace health and safety requirements and relevant policies.
n

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Is reliable, organised and has a positive, can-do attitude.

- Can work well within a team in a rapid-paced retail environment.

- Has good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

- Has previous retail or pharmacy experience (highly regarded, but not essential).

- Has availability to work weekends, which will be highly regarded.
