We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Technical Sales & Service Representative to join our growing team.

This role offers flexible location within Queensland, with a preference for candidates based in the Brisbane area.

The hybrid role combines sales and service responsibilities, ensuring customers receive both high-quality solutions and exceptional ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation and calibration of machine control systems

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site and off-site

- Demonstrate, train, and provide technical support to customers on our products and solutions

- Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for our Machine Control and Surveying solutions

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and ERP systems

- Travel within QLD and interstate as required

Required Skills & Experience:

- Hands-on mentality with the ability to use power tools and equipment for installing, assembling, and servicing systems





- Technical background in construction, surveying, or a related field

- Experience in the machine control industry, with knowledge of GNSS, surveying technology, and laser equipment.

- Experience in sales, ideally within the technical, engineering, or construction industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM/ERP software

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Current driver’s license – Essential
