Love what you do? Want to be part of something bigger?
At XP Finishes, we believe great work starts with excellent people.
We’re a multi-award-winning Gold Coast painting and decorating business, known for our quality, attention to detail and the finishes we deliver. From high-end architectural homes to specialty decorative finishes, our team works on some seriously impressive projects — and we’re looking for the right people to join us.
We’re not just looking for someone who can paint. We want people who care about their craft, take pride in their work and want to keep getting better.
What makes XP different?
- Epic projects — work on high-end architectural homes and standout projects across the Gold Coast.
- A supportive crew — work alongside tradesmen who genuinely love what they do and take pride in doing it well.
- Ongoing training — develop your skills, learn new techniques and build confidence in your craft.
- Career progression — opportunities to grow within the business and take on greater responsibility as you develop.
- A business that values its people — we invest in our team and believe good people deserve a workplace where they feel supported.
- A standard you can be proud of — be part of a team known for quality workmanship, professionalism and getting the details right.
Who are we looking for? We’re looking for trade-qualified painters and decorators who:
- Take genuine pride in their workmanship.
- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Are well-presented, professional and respectful.
- Care about the details and understand the importance of a quality finish.
- Enjoy being part of a team and supporting the people around them.
- Want to build their skills, develop their career and be part of a growing business.
Experience in high-end residential painting or specialty finishes is a bonus, but attitude, work ethic and a genuine love for the trade matter just as much. You don't need to know everything. You do need to want to learn, improve and take pride in what you put your name to.
Ready to take the next step?
If you love painting and decorating, want to work with good people and are looking for a business where you can continue to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
