SHIFT ELECTRICIAN – PERMANENT POSITION
$115K PER ANNUM | 3 SHIFTS PER WEEK + 1 X 8-HOUR SUNDAY PER MONTH | LISMORE NSW

Spectra Recruitment is seeking an experienced Shift Electrician to join a well-established food manufacturing business in Lismore, NSW. You'll be working in a modern facility following a $65 million rebuild, alongside a close-knit, experienced maintenance team with a fantastic working culture.
WHAT'S ON OFFER
- $115,000 per annum
- Permanent full-time position
- 3 x 12-hour shifts per week – paid for 5 days!
- Just 1 x 8-hour Sunday shift per month
- Four days off most weeks

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ⚡
- Preventative and reactive electrical maintenance
- Electrical fault finding and breakdown repairs
- Maintaining production and packaging equipment
- Troubleshooting motors, drives, sensors and control systems
- PLC fault finding and automation support
- Working alongside mechanical fitters and production teams
- Ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Qualified Electrician with a current NSW Electrical Licence or eligibility
- Industrial maintenance experience
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with manufacturing or production machinery
- PLC and automation experience highly regarded
- Great attitude, strong safety focus and team player
Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, dairy or other industrial environments would be highly regarded.
