- $180 per hour for 3 months
- Standard Consult $90
- Long Consult $140
- 2 RNs on at all times
- CDM Nurse
- Treatment room with 3 beds
- Procedure room
- Dr owned group practice
- 7 Consulting rooms
- Allied Health on site
- 4 patients per hour
- AGPAL Accredited
