Our client is a respected South Australian business operating within the construction and project delivery sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join their South Australian team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and respected business where you'll work closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects from commencement through to completion.

The Role

As Project Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly by providing administrative and coordination support across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing administrative support to Project Managers and project teams
- Managing project documentation, registers and filing systems
- Preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices and project reports
- Assisting with contract administration and project compliance requirements
- Coordinating meetings, schedules and stakeholder communications
- Supporting procurement activities and subcontractor documentation




- Maintaining accurate project records and data entry

About You

- Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Contracts Administrator or similar role
- Experience working within the construction, engineering, electrical, HVAC, building services or related industries
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems
