- $150 per hour for 3 months or 70%
- Mixed billing
- 4 patients per hour
- Group practice
- 6 Consulting rooms
- 2 Treatment rooms with 2 beds in each
- Procedure room
- 2 RNs on at all times
- Allied Health in office
- AGPAL Accredited
