DINESH CORPORATION PTY LTD is seeking an experienced, reliable Full time Cook to join our restaurant team in Muswellbrook, NSW.

Position details

· Position: Cook

· Employment type: Full-time

· Location: Muswellbrook, NSW

· Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per annum, plus applicable superannuation

Key responsibilities

· Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals in line with restaurant standards

· Assist with menu planning and development

· Maintain food quality, portion control and consistency

· Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food-safety requirements

· Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and minimise wastage

· Work efficiently with the kitchen team during service

Essential requirements





· Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

· At least one year of full-time cooking experience

· Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures

. Sound knowledge of Indian Cuisine is a plus

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment

· Strong teamwork, time-management and communication skills

· Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required
