What you'll bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Minimum 2 years' hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience in:
- Clinical ward rounds
- Medication reconciliation
- Dispensing
- Patient counselling
- Discharge planning
- Clinical documentation
Exposure to iPharmacy, Merlin, EMR, or similar hospital systems is highly regarded
Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
