We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Restaurant / Bar Manager to join our team!

Position: Restaurant / Bar Manager
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Location: Perth CBD

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations.
- Manage, train, and supervise staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage stock, inventory, ordering, and costs.
- Handle bookings, customer feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor sales and help achieve business targets.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in restaurant or bar management.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of stock control and daily operations.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Responsible, organised, and team-oriented.
