This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Glenroy, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.
The role
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Support
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
What it pays
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Requirements
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it.
By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Your availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
