Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Tweed South Pottsville

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Pottsville. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- What you will do
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.




- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
