This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Rawson, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.
To be considered
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
How we support you
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
What you will do
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Pay rates
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
