Padthaway Primary School is seeking a full-time teacher to lead an upper primary class (Years 3?6). This is an exciting opportunity to join a small rural school where strong relationships, community involvement and high-quality teaching practice support every learner to thrive.

Position Available: Full-time Teacher ? Upper Primary (Years 3?6)

We are seeking an outstanding, enthusiastic upper primary teacher to join our collaborative team. The successful applicant will be committed to delivering high-quality teaching in a small school setting and to building meaningful learning experiences that strengthen student engagement, growth and connection to community.

Your Role:

- Teach an upper primary class of students in Years 3?6 within a supportive small school environment





- Plan and deliver learning using a combination of inquiry-based approaches, direct explicit instruction and visual documentation of learning

- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and the local community to create meaningful learning opportunities and support improved student outcomes
