Melbourne Rudolf Steiner School is a K–12 co-educational, non-denominational school situated in Warranwood, in Melbourne’s outer east.

Melbourne Rudolf Steiner School is seeking an experienced and motivated Secondary Physical Education and Sport Teacher to commence in Term 1, 2027.
This is a 0.8–1.0 FTE, 12-month fixed-term position, with the possibility of ongoing employment.

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic teacher who can deliver Physical Education and Sport across the Secondary School with skill and professionalism, while fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- The ability to engage and inspire adolescents, encouraging confidence, participation and a positive relationship with physical activity.




- A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where all students feel capable, valued and motivated to participate.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Current VIT registration.
- A bus licence or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience in Steiner Education or an understanding of Steiner pedagogy would be an advantage,
but is not essential.
