Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Kensington who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Requirements
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
What you will do
- Talk current enquiries through how the training works.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Pay rates
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
