Wolfpack Print is a leading design, print, and signage company based in Hervey Bay. We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Installer to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality signage throughout the Wide Bay region. This is a long-term role and we’re seeking someone who wants to grow their career with us, with a minimum commitment of 12 months after probation.

Key Responsibilities

- Signage Installation: Install shopfronts, wall graphics, window films, light boxes, 3D lettering and vehicle wraps to a high standard.
- Workshop Fabrication: Assist with the cutting, assembly, and finishing of signage components.
- Site Preparation: Measure, mark and set out sites to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
- Post-installation clean-up: Ensure all tools, materials, and waste are removed, leaving the site neat and presentable.
- Tool & Equipment Use: Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Regional Travel: Attend installations across the Wide Bay region as required.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, team members, and the Production Manager to ensure clear updates and smooth project delivery.
- Team Contribution: Support a positive work culture and uphold Wolfpack’s reputation for quality workmanship.

Requirements

- Previous experience in signage installation, fabrication, or a related trade.




- Ability to manage multiple jobs with strong organisation and time management skills in a fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, practical skills and a commitment to safety
- High-level communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and managers.
- Manual driver’s licence (essential)
- Willingness to undergo a police check
- EWP licence and Working at Heights ticket (advantage)
- Knowledge of operating large format print machines (advantage)
- Experience with vehicle wrapping (advantage)
