Looking for a casual personal training role in Bray Park? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.
Hours you need to be free
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
Pay rates
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
To be considered
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it.
By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
What the role involves
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
