Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale O'Connor
This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in O'Connor, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.
Rent and support
You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
Availability needed
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
What you will do
Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
Pay rates
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission.
The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- What you will need
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
