Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Austral Erskine Park

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Erskine Park who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour

Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
