We are looking for experienced and reliable High Intensity Support Workers to support a 12-year-old participant with complex physical support needs in Townson, QLD.

We are seeking compassionate, skilled workers who are confident providing high intensity care and committed to ongoing, consistent support.

Shift Details

Location: Townson, QLD

- Days: Monday and Thursday
- Proposed hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Alternative: Morning and evening split shifts (approximately 6 hours total)
- Thursday night: Possible sleepover shift

Exact shift times and sleepover arrangements are subject to confirmation with the family.

Required Experience

Applicants should have relevant experience and demonstrated competency in:

- Enteral feeding
- Epilepsy and seizure management
- Incontinence management
- Dysphagia management
- Complex respiratory support
- Manual handling and transfers
- Complex bowel care

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience supporting participants with high physical and complex care needs.
- Relevant high intensity support training and competencies.
- Ability to follow individual care plans and emergency procedures.
- A patient, compassionate and reliable approach.
- Robust communication skills.
- Commitment to regular, ongoing shifts.
- Ability to travel consistently to Townson.
