GenesisCare Cairns is seeking an Assistant Unit Leader to support the Unit Leader, mentor Radiation Therapists and uphold patient-centred care across pre-treatment and treatment workflows. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, lead daily operations, coordinate staffing and ensure compliance with safety standards while contributing to service improvements and adoption of current technologies.
