MMS is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Melbourne to manage a portfolio of customers through the novated lease sales process, guiding them to understand advantages of Fully Maintained Novated Lease and related services.

You'll use consultative selling, handle objections, and meet lead conversion targets while collaborating with employers, employees and our dealer network to source quotes and close sales. Hybrid work options available.
