You'll work with both adults and children across a varied caseload, primarily supporting NDIS participants.
No 2 days need to look exactly the same. You'll enjoy interesting clinical work, different environments and the opportunity to build genuine relationships with the people you support.
We provide extensive administrative support so you can spend more of your time doing the work you trained to do. You'll also have access to Allied Health Assistants support to assist with implementing capacity-building programs under your clinical direction.
Key responsibilities

Provide clinical direction and supervision to Allied Health Assistants implementing therapy programs.
Manage your caseload with autonomy and flexibility.
Maintain clear clinical documentation, professional reports and communication with clients, families and other professionals.
About you
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who brings professionalism, initiative and a genuine commitment to improving people's lives.
You'll need:
AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, or eligibility to obtain Australian registration.
The ability and willingness to work with both adults and children.
Strong communication, assessment and report-writing skills.
A practical, person-centered approach.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
NDIS experience is preferred but not essential.
We're happy to support the right person to develop their knowledge and confidence working within the NDIS.
