We are WA’s largest family-owned temporary fence hire business, supplying quality temporary fencing solutions to construction sites, events, insurance jobs, infrastructure projects, and residential customers. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and hands-on Truck Driver / Fence Installer Team Leader to join our team.

About the Role

This is a diverse and rewarding position that combines driving, fence installation, and team leadership responsibilities. You will be responsible for safely transporting fencing equipment to and from customer sites, installing and dismantling temporary fencing, and leading your crew to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate company trucks and vehicles.
- Load, transport, and unload temporary fencing equipment.
- Install and remove temporary fencing and site products.
- Lead and coordinate your team on a daily basis.
- Accurate and clear with filling out paperwork.
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships on-site.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Assist with yard duties and general operational tasks when required.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

- Current MR or HR Driver’s Licence.




- Demonstrated experience driving trucks in a commercial environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team.
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety focused.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site.
- A positive attitude to help promote a good working environment.

Desirable:

- Experience in temporary fencing, construction, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Forklift licence.
- White Card.
- Experience supervising field crews or installation teams.
