Pickle4Real is an indoor pickleball venue in Mentone, bringing players together through court bookings, social sessions, leagues and events. We are looking for a hands-on Venue Manager to lead daily operations, deliver an excellent player experience and help grow our community.
About the Role
You will oversee the day-to-day running of the venue, support and lead the team, and ensure our customers enjoy a welcoming, well-organised environment. Alongside operational responsibilities, you will help increase participation, strengthen member relationships and develop group and corporate bookings.
This opportunity suits an experienced venue or club manager, or a capable assistant manager ready to take the next step.
Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
