SAMBO Advertising is a rapid-paced, growing Signage Wholesale Manufacturer. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality custom signage solutions and trade supply products to our industry clients. We have been here for over 30 years. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hands-on Signage Production Assistant / Workshop All-Rounder to join our busy team.

The Role

This is an energetic, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, possesses great attention to detail, and thrives in a busy manufacturing environment. You will be assisting our experienced production team across a wide range of signage assembly and workshop operations.

JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Assisting with the manufacturing and assembly of sign frames and trade signage components
- Material preparation: cutting, measuring, routing, and prepping various substrates
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Surface preparation, cleaning, and finishing of signage materials
- Quality checking finished wholesale products prior to packing
- Packing, wrapping, and preparing completed signage orders for transport and delivery
- Workshop maintenance: keeping tools, equipment, and work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Assisting trade clients and delivery drivers during pickup/dispatch when required




- General workshop and production assistance as directed

REQUIREMENTS

- Valid right to work in Australia
- Own reliable transport to get to and from work
- Physical fitness and willingness to perform hands-on manufacturing work

Pay: $33.50 – $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
