Warehouse Florist - High Volume Flower Production

At The Station Grocer we take pride in delivering beautiful, fresh and on-trend flower arrangements to our customers. As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the high quality and punctual creation of our arrangements for our multiple locations.

We’re looking for someone who loves flowers — but thrives in a production-style, fast-paced environment rather than a traditional florist shop. This role sits in our purpose-built flower room at Lennox Head, where you’ll be preparing high-volume floral arrangements for distribution across our fuel station sites.

If you’re organised, energetic, hands-on, and love the satisfaction of keeping a fast-moving workspace running smoothly, you’ll fit right in.

- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices for handling and disposing of floral materials.
