About the role

Royal Vanities is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team in Seaford VIC 3198. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution centre. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of products, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming products in designated warehouse locations using proper storage systems and inventory management techniques
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to specifications and delivery requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, stock levels, and warehouse transactions
- Prepare products for shipment, including labelling, weighing, and loading onto delivery vehicles
- Conduct regular stock takes and assist with inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Identify and report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or operational issues to management
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet daily operational targets and deadlines

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution workplace, ideally in a similar operational role
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory, picking, and packing orders




- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a commitment to health and safety standards
- Physical fitness and capability to perform manual handling tasks regularly
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous
- Relevant forklift or material handling certifications are highly desirable
