Holiday House Manager is a boutique, family-run short-stay accommodation management business looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our team on weekends.

We manage a portfolio of Airbnb and short-stay properties across Melbourne and are looking for someone who is practical, resourceful and confident working independently.

What you'll be doing:

- Conducting property inspections and checking cleaning standards before guest arrivals
- Troubleshooting issues such as Wi-Fi, appliances, heating, air conditioning and guest access
- Carrying out minor maintenance and repairs
- Responding to occasional guest or property issues
- Coordinating with cleaners, tradespeople and our operations team
- Making sure our properties are presented to a high standard

Who we're looking for:

- Previous experience in hotel operations, hotel maintenance, serviced apartments, housekeeping supervision or short-stay accommodation
- A practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills
- Confidence handling minor repairs and maintenance
- Reliable,



organised and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- A valid driver's licence and own vehicle
- Availability on weekends

Location: Melbourne, predominantly inner-city and surrounding suburbs Hours: Contractor, part-time weekend work, with potential for additional hours.

Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

This could be a excellent opportunity for someone with a hotel or accommodation background looking for regular weekend work.
