Workday Integration Support Lead

QIX Consulting Group is partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced Workday Integration Support Lead to oversee the stability, performance, governance and continuous improvement of business-critical Workday integrations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Workday skilled who enjoys combining hands-on integration troubleshooting with L2/L3 production support leadership , stakeholder engagement and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead L2/L3 production support across Workday integrations and enterprise interfaces.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex incidents, integration failures and recurring defects.
- Troubleshoot and enhance integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS and Workday Web Services .
- Manage integration monitoring, alerting, scheduled interfaces and operational health checks.
- Lead root-cause analysis, incident management and preventative improvements.
- Coordinate Workday releases, regression testing, deployments and production validation.
- Work closely with functional teams, security, infrastructure, middleware vendors and business stakeholders.
- Support integration security, certificates, authentication, API connectivity and data protection.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and integration support procedures.

What We're Looking For ✅ 7+ years of Workday integration experience , ideally within production support or managed services.

✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, RaaS,



custom reports and calculated fields .

✅ Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, SFTP, PGP encryption and web services .

✅ Proven ability to manage complex L2/L3 incidents, troubleshoot integration failures and deliver root-cause resolutions.

✅ Understanding of Workday integration security, including integration system users, security groups and domain permissions.

✅ Experience managing Workday releases, changes, testing and deployment activities.

✅ Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

Highly Regarded

- Workday Integration Certification or Workday Pro accreditation.
- Middleware experience with MuleSoft, Boomi or Azure Integration Services.
- Integration experience across Workday Financials, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Payroll and HCM.
- ITIL experience and exposure to ServiceNow, Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments.
