DCOH is seeking a hands-on Maintenance/Caretaker to look after day-to-day upkeep and presentation of its properties. You will ensure secure, clean and well-maintained environments across Common Property areas and grounds.
Key tasks include coordinating maintenance, monitoring systems, and assisting with fittings and fixtures, while upholding health and safety standards and collaborating with the property team.
