Raggedy Bits Kitchen & Emporium is getting ready to bring a little something special to the beautiful Kurrajong Heights, and we’re on the hunt for some fabulous front-of-house superstars to join our team!

We’re not your ordinary café!

Think delicious food, beautiful coffee, vintage treasures, handmade goodies, a little quirky charm and valuable old-fashioned hospitality, all under one roof.

We’re creating a place where customers feel welcome, conversations flow and everyone leaves with a smile.

And we need the right people to help bring it all to life!

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re searching for friendly, confident and experienced hospitality legends who genuinely love looking after people.

Our must-haves:

- Previous barista experience – you must be confident making consistently excellent coffee in a busy café environment.
- Current NSW RSA competency – essential.
- Previous wait staff or front-of-house hospitality experience.
- A warm, bubbly personality and a genuine love for customer service.
- The ability to stay calm, organised and cheerful when things get busy.
- A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- An eye for detail and pride in keeping everything looking fabulous.
- Availability for weekday and weekend shifts.





Bonus points if you’re the kind of person who remembers a regular’s coffee order, notices when someone needs a hand and can have a laugh along the way!

The Important Bits

Location: Kurrajong Heights, NSW

Position: Casual Front-of-House / Wait Staff & Barista

Hours: Casual shifts, including weekdays and weekends

Requirements: Current NSW RSA and demonstrated barista experience

Remuneration: In accordance with the applicable award and experience.
