Confident Care Group ( www.confidentcaregroup.com.au) is looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated Support Workers to provide high-quality support to people with disability and help them achieve their personal goals, independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support based on individual needs and support plans.
- Assist participants with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support household tasks, meal preparation and community participation.
- Assist with mobility, transport and appointments where required.
- Encourage independence, confidence and social participation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Follow participant support plans, organisational policies and NDIS requirements.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and required documentation.
- Identify and report incidents, risks and changes in participant needs.
- Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators and other professionals.
- Maintain privacy, dignity, safety and confidentiality at all times.

Essential Requirements

- Genuine interest in supporting people with disability.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, responsible and respectful approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check, where required.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in disability, community services, aged care or health care is desirable.
- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle may be required for some roles.

Pay: $32.00 – $39.00 per hour
