About the Role

Vitium Cura is seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Service Delivery Manager to oversee daily NDIS service operations, coordinate staff, and ensure quality, participant-centred support.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily service delivery and participant coordination.
- Supervise and support Disability Support Workers.
- Coordinate participant onboarding and service commencement.
- Oversee SIL, STA, and MTA operations.
- Monitor ShiftCare documentation, compliance, and service quality.
- Liaise with participants, families, and stakeholders.




- Address operational concerns and escalate significant issues.

Requirements

- Experience in disability services, administration, or operational coordination.
- Understanding of NDIS requirements or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Driver's Licence, National Police Check, and relevant NDIS Check/Blue Card clearances.
