At Harrington Drainage, we're looking for an experienced Drainage Maintenance Plumber who enjoys fault-finding and problem-solving.
This role focuses on domestic drainage maintenance and repair work, including blocked drains, CCTV inspections, drainage repairs and excavation works. Experience operating a 1.7T excavator is essential.

The Role
You'll work across Geelong, the Bellarine, Surf Coast and surrounding areas carrying out residential drainage maintenance, repairs and excavation works.
Working independently and alongside other team members when required, you'll help deliver quality work safely, efficiently and professionally.
Your role will include:
- Clearing blocked drains
- CCTV drain inspections and fault finding
- Drainage repairs and maintenance
- Operating a 1.7T excavator
- Reading plans and locating drainage infrastructure
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and presentation
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Taking ownership of your work and contributing to a positive team culture
- Communicating effectively with the Operations Manager and wider team

Essential Requirements
- Registered or Licensed Plumber (Victoria)
- Current Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Experience in residential drainage maintenance
- Experience operating a 1.7T excavator. (Excavator ticket advantageous).
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality and professionalism
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
